Saba Hedayat

Senior Associate

Saba is a senior associate in the corporate finance team at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. Her role includes preparing pitch documents, market research and information packs, as well as supporting clients throughout the M&A process.

Saba is a qualified ICAEW chartered accountant with four years of external audit experience. Prior to joining Oaklins, she worked at Deloitte where she led audits for clients across a wide range of sectors, including public health, defense, retail and media, with exposure to listed and privately-owned companies. Saba graduated from University College London in 2020 with a first-class degree in mathematics.
