Viking Entreprenør has been acquired by Corteco
August 2024 — Corteco has acquired Viking Entreprenør, strengthening its position in the Norwegian market. By working together with the other companies in the Corteco group, Viking will be able to offer a broader range of services to existing and future customers.
Viking Entreprenør is a construction company that specializes in the rehabilitation of building exteriors and swimming pools. It has long-term relationships with clients and partners, enabling a steady flow of projects throughout the year. It is positioned for growth, focusing on niche markets such as swimming pool renovation and the restoration of historic buildings. Viking combines specialized expertise with a structured project execution method, ensuring consistent and predictable financial performance backed by a solid order backlog.
Corteco concentrates on the renovation and maintenance of building exteriors. It provides a wide range of services that focus on roofs, windows, facades, garages, inner courtyards, balconies and solar cell installation. Founded by Celero Capital in 2022, Corteco has grown through the acquisition of several prominent companies in the industry. By partnering with these entrepreneurial businesses, Corteco offers comprehensive solutions to improve energy efficiency and sustainability in properties, addressing the growing demand for environmentally-friendly renovations.
