Kit is a manager at Oaklins Norway. He has extensive experience in corporate finance and private equity, with a broad range of national and international transactions across various industry sectors. He is part of the firm’s software and aquatech team. Kit has worked on projects such as Acapo’s sale to Onsagers, backed by Longship and Viking Entreprenør’s sale to Corteco/Celero Capital. He also assisted Confirma in acquiring Quick Systems.

Before joining Oaklins Norway, Kit worked as an analyst, CFO and M&A manager at Avinor. He also worked at Puzzel, where he was primarily responsible for preparing the company for its sale to Marlin Private Equity. Kit has an MSc in Finance from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, an MBA in Corporate Finance from NHH in Bergen and is a certified financial analyst (CFA).
