Dan is a partner at Oaklins Norway with over 25 years of experience as an M&A advisor, having worked on a wide range of national and international transactions across various industry sectors. He is part of the company’s IT services team, focusing on TMT (technology, media and telecommunications) and business services. Notable projects include advising the shareholders of the IT consulting firms Soco, Gnist and Forse on their sale to Driv Kapital; the sale of Etac Bil to Auto Solutions Group; the sale of Fibber to Vestum; Equip Capital’s acquisition of ØB Solutions; the sale of MPS Bilskade to Cary Group, backed by Nordic Capital; and the sale of ITverket to Bertel O. Steen Kapital.

Dan joined Oaklins Norway in 2000 from MWR Gruppen, where he worked on the company’s investment activities and ownership interests in shipping and real estate as well as private and publicly listed companies. He has a degree in economics from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and a Master of Science in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Bayes Business School in London.
