Erik Faureng

Erik is an associate partner at Oaklins Norway with extensive experience as an M&A advisor in sectors such as ICT, renewable energy, real estate, aquaculture, banking & finance and the automotive industry. He has been involved in numerous Norwegian and international M&A transactions, capital raises and IPOs, working with both private and publicly listed companies. Notable projects include advising the shareholders of the IT consulting firms Soco, Gnist and Forse on their sale to Driv Kapital; the sale of Etac Bil to Auto Solutions Group; Equip Capital’s acquisition of ØB Solutions; the sale of MPS Bilskade to Cary Group, backed by Nordic Capital; and the sale of ITverket to Bertel O. Steen Kapital.

Before joining Oaklins Norway, Erik was an executive director at Alfred Berg, ABN AMRO and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He has a degree in economics from the University of Fribourg and a master’s degree from IMD in Switzerland.
