Elliott is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His experience includes multiple buy-side and sell-side transactions, primarily focused on the healthcare sector. M&A transactions he has advised on include the acquisitions of BusinessWatch UK Fire & Security by Andwis Group Ltd and Sava Technology by Omni.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2021, Elliott was part of Grant Thornton’s M&A team. Before that, he performed financial due diligence within Grant Thornton’s TAS team and worked in the finance team for an AIM-listed business. Elliott graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2013 with a BA in History and Geography. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2016.
