NIBE has acquired Solzaima
July 2023 — NIBE Industrier AB, a global group that develops and manufactures intelligent, energy-efficient indoor comfort solutions, has acquired Solzaima.
NIBE has eco-friendly, energy-efficient solutions for indoor climate comfort for all types of property. This allows its clients to reduce their energy consumption and their impact on the environment. NIBE also supplies components and solutions for intelligent heating and control for industry and infrastructure. Founded in Sweden nearly 70 years ago, NIBE has grown into a global group with 21,000 employees and a global presence. From the very start, the company has been driven by a strong culture of entrepreneurship and a passion for responsible business operations. Its success factors are long-term investments in sustainable product development and strategic acquisitions.
Solzaima is a leading and innovative company based in Portugal, specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-quality, eco-friendly heating solutions. With a passion for sustainability and environmental consciousness, Solzaima offers a wide range of efficient and stylish wood-burning stoves, fireplaces and pellet stoves.

Comtax has been acquired by Ryan
Comtax, a São Paulo-based tax technology consultancy specializing in tax determination and digital tax compliance, had been acquired by Ryan, the world’s largest firm dedicated exclusively to business taxes. Standard Investment has reached an agreement with Cibus Capital, advisor to the Cibus funds, on the sale of Aweta, a global leader in fruit and vegetable sorting, grading and packing equipment. Completion of the transaction is expected in the coming weeks. The transaction provides Aweta with a strong partner to support the company’s next growth phase. Under Cibus’ ownership, Aweta will pursue further international growth and accelerate investment in R&D, supporting the installed base and product innovation, including software and AI capabilities. Aweta’s leadership team will continue to lead the business.

Rent-Tech A/S, including its subsidiaries Multi-Tech A/S and Asger G. Jørgensen A/S (AGJ), has been acquired by Wicotec Kirkebjerg A/S, part of the Aarsleff Group. The transaction creates a strong platform for continued growth and development. With the acquisition of Rent-Tech, Wicotec Kirkebjerg strengthens its industrial service offering and position in West Zealand, Denmark, expanding its capabilities in electrical installations, specialized piping and metalwork services. As part of Wicotec Kirkebjerg, Rent-Tech gains access to additional resources, expertise and larger-scale project opportunities while maintaining their local presence, management teams and long-standing customer relationships. All businesses will continue to operate under their existing brands and leadership teams.
