Arbo Windows becomes the leading wooden windows producer in the Baltics by acquiring Arlanga Wood

February 2024 — Arbo Windows, a leading Latvian producer of wooden windows and doors, has acquired Arlanga Wood, a leading Lithuanian producer of wooden windows and doors, creating the largest wooden windows producer in the Baltic states. The combined group has over 200 employees and generates over US$20 million of annual revenues.

Arbo Windows is a high-quality producer of wooden windows and doors based in Latvia, serving clients in Sweden, the UK, France, Japan and US.

Arlanga Wood is a high-quality producer of wooden windows and doors based in Lithuania, serving clients in Norway, Denmark and Iceland, with over 30 years of history.

The new capital structure is designed to enable Mäder Group to continue executing its growth strategy through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions.
