July 2025 — Mizrahi Tefahot Issuing Company Ltd. has completed a bond issuance as part of a fundraising aimed at refinancing existing obligations and supporting the further development of the business.
Mizrahi Tefahot Issuing Company raises debt through bond issuances on behalf of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, the third-largest bank in Israel.
