Christian Tour, one of Romania’s leading integrated travel and tourism groups, has successfully completed an initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), becoming the first tour operator admitted to trading on BVB’s Regulated Market. The offering raised approximately US$33 million and attracted strong demand from institutional and retail investors, reaching a subscription level of 121%. This demonstrates strong investor confidence in Christian Tour’s business model, brand recognition and growth prospects. The capital raised will support the company’s next stage of growth, focused on digital transformation, organic expansion and consolidation of the highly fragmented tourism market through selective acquisitions.
