September 2026 — Nymann Kloak- & Miljøservice has been acquired by Serwent Group. The acquisition expands Serwent’s footprint in Denmark while broadening its service offering and strengthening capacity across its existing platform. This transaction further supports Serwent’s ambition to become the leading Nordic operator in underground infrastructure maintenance.
Nymann is a well-established Danish provider of specialized water and wastewater services, including sludge suction, dry suction, TV inspection, industrial flushing, drain cleaning and hydrodemolition. The company has delivered strong growth in recent years and employs more than 60 people across six departments in Denmark. With a reputation for high-quality execution, strong service levels and the ability to handle technically demanding assignments, Nymann serves public and private sector customers, including utilities, municipalities, industrial companies and contractors.
Serwent is a Nordic water and wastewater infrastructure services platform offering pipe, emptying and specialist services. It operates through a decentralized model of specialized companies with a strong local presence in Norway, Sweden and Denmark and is backed by private equity firm Norvestor.
Our role in the transaction
