DIGMATIX has acquired LLP CRM
July 2026 — DIGMATIX has acquired LLP CRM, a Czech Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement specialist. The acquisition marks DIGMATIX’s entry into the Czech market and strengthens the group’s capabilities in customer relationship management (CRM), sales automation, customer service and AI-powered business solutions.
DIGMATIX is a Latvia-based provider of Microsoft Business Applications and advanced IT solutions serving customers across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Over the past several years, the company has pursued a focused regional growth strategy through acquisitions across the Baltics and CEE, and now operates in eight countries, employing more than 500 professionals.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Prague, LLP CRM is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement specialist with a strong track record in delivering CRM, sales automation, customer service and business process automation solutions. Its team of 25 professionals has completed more than 120 projects for customers in more than 40 countries. Following the transaction, LLP CRM’s core leadership team will continue with the business and assume broader roles within DIGMATIX, contributing its expertise to the group’s continued development across the region.
Our role in the transaction
Oaklins acted as the buy-side advisor to DIGMATIX. The transaction was led by Oaklins’ team in Latvia in close coordination with Oaklins’ team in the Czech Republic, combining cross-border transaction expertise with local market knowledge. The Czech team contributed to target identification and outreach, while both teams worked closely throughout the transaction process to help ensure its successful completion.

The acquisition was financed by an investment from DIGMATIX’s majority shareholder, Baltic private equity fund Livonia Partners, together with financing provided by SEB Bank.
