June 2026 — Automatic Fire has secured investment from private equity firm Cardinal Capital to support the company’s domestic and international growth ambitions.
Automatic Fire is a Dublin-headquartered fire protection company that has operated since 1981, specializing in the design, installation and maintenance of fire safety systems across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Employing more than 100 people, the company delivers fire protection services to high-value sectors including data centers, pharmaceuticals, medtech, power, utilities, commercial, logistics and manufacturing.
Cardinal Capital is a Dublin-headquartered private equity and alternative investment firm focused on investing in and supporting the growth of Irish mid-market businesses.
Our role in the transaction
