November 2010 — Industrifonden AB and Inventor Graphic have successfully disposed of Ultra Fog AB to Italian-based CATEF S.r.l. Financial terms remain confidential.
Ultra Fog develops high pressure sprinkler systems to fight fires using water fog. Based on patented products and strong engineering and designing capabilities, the company offers customized solutions for water fog sprinkler systems. The company has a strong position in this market segment internationally.
CATEF S.r.l is a leading Italian supplier of firefighting systems and solutions for the marine market.
