Devellum Design & Development AB has been acquired by Projektengagemang i Stockholm AB
April 2011 — Peter Wallin, owner of Devellum Design & Development AB (Devellum), has sold the company to Projektengagemang i Stockholm AB (Projektengagemang) for an undisclosed consideration.
Founded in 1994, Devellum focuses on product development, mechanical design and project management in the manufacturing industry. A large part of the ownership has been distributed among the employees in connection with the disposal. Going forward, the company will continue to be based in Kalmar but intends to grow both in Sweden as well as internationally through Projektengagemang’s contact network.
Projektengagemang is a consulting group operating within infrastructure, buildings, energy and industry. The group comprises a number of subsidiaries that offer holistic solutions as well as specialist skills.

Oaklins' team in Sweden advised the seller in this transaction, managing the implementation of a generational shift and development opportunities for Devellum and its employees, as well as the seller’s preferences of a fair value of the company.
