MedLearn AB has been acquired by Anthon B Nilsen Utdanning AS

Juli 2012 — The owners of MedLearn AB, a private provider of adult vocational education and training in the healthcare sector in Sweden, have sold 80% of the company to Oslo.based Anthon B Nilsen Utdanning AS, one of the largest privately-operated education groups in the Nordic region with operations across Norway and Sweden. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
