Napakka has been acquired by Packoplock Scandinavia AB
The shareholders of Napakka, based in Finland, have sold the company to Packoplock Scandinavia AB. Financial details have not been provided.
Napakka is a packaging company specializing in logo-printed bags, non-branded bags and gift-wrapping materials.
Founded in 2007, Packoplock Scandinavia is a leading packaging wholesaler in Sweden. The company provides tailored B2B paper bags and other marketing and wrapping materials to more than 35,000 customers.
Oaklins' team in Finland acted as advisor to the seller in this transaction.
