Senior Associate

Roemer is a senior associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A team. He has been involved in several (cross-border) M&A transactions for either corporate, private equity or private shareholders. He has advised on a wide range of deals in sectors including alternative fuels, business support services, human resources, manufacturing and consumer & retail. Notable transactions are the sales of LIQAL to Dover, Intertruck Benelux to Sampa, Cleanroom Combination Group to Craft Capital, Royal Joh. Enschedé to Authentix, Litecad to The Specialist Group and PitPoint.LNG to ViGo Bioenergy.

Roemer joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2021 following an internship. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in business economics and his master’s in finance from the University of Amsterdam.
