Marek Hlavac

Associate

Marek is an associate at Oaklins WOOD & Co. in Slovakia. He has worked on multiple M&A deals, capital raise advisory and asset management across various industries, including the telecommunications, automotive, medical and defense sectors.

Prior to joining the firm, Marek gained valuable experience in private equity, where he was actively involved in investments and the management of industrial real estate projects. He has a master’s degree in international economic relations from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Moscow.
