Tom is a manager at Oaklins Capnua in Ireland. A chartered accountant, he advises clients on buy-side, sell-side, debt advisory and capital-raising transactions across a range of sectors. Recent transactions include the sale of KTL to Exponent Private Equity and the sale of Dan Ryan Truck Rental to Dawsongroup. He is focused on helping clients maximize value and achieve their goals, working with their teams to develop clear strategies, navigate complex challenges and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Tom joined Oaklins Capnua in 2025, having spent six and a half years at KPMG in audit and transaction services, advising on sell-side, buy-side and lender due diligence engagements for clients across a range of sectors. Tom is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
