Juan Luis is a director at Oaklins SOCIOS in Spain. He participates in both the execution of M&A transactions and the origination of new business, being specially involved in the business services sector. He has worked for industrials, such as Tinsa, Cinfa, Grupo BC, Printeos, Gloval and Accelya, as well as private equity funds, including national funds, for instance Magnum, Artá, Miura, Abac, Realza and Talde, and international ones, like Cinven, Bain Capital, Partners Group, LCatterton, Ambienta and L-GAM.

Juan Luis joined the firm in 2015 following four years in the corporate finance division of Auren. He has a double bachelor’s degree in law and business administration from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas) in Madrid.
