Chris is a director at Oaklins Janes Capital, Oaklins’ aerospace, defense & security specialist member firm in Irvine. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions for the commercial aerospace, military & defense and space market segments. Chris has participated in domestic and international transactions, with a primary focus on sell-sides, including divestitures of divisions of large aerospace & defense companies. Notable transactions he has participated in include the sale of ExoAnalytic Solutions to Anduril Industries; the sale of High Tech Solutions to BTX Precision, a portfolio company of L Squared Capital Partners; and the sale of Pyramid Precision Machine to CoreDux, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management.

Prior to joining the firm, Chris worked for Morgan Stanley in their Orange County office. While at Morgan Stanley, he specialized in securitized product sales as an institutional fixed income analyst covering middle-market financial institutions. Before Morgan Stanley, he served as a credit analyst for City National Bank as part of the company’s commercial banking group. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University.
