Octobre 2019 — Labomar S.p.A., une entreprise leader dans la recherche, le développement et la production de compléments alimentaires, de dispositifs médicaux,d'aliments destinés à des fins médicales et cosmétiques spécifiques, a acquis Enterprises ImportFab Inc., une entreprise canadienne située à Montréal qui opère sur le marché nord-américain des produits pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques et nutraceutiques. L'opération a été réalisée en partenariat avec SIMEST, l’agence italienne de crédit à l’exportation.
ImportFab est un fabricant bien établi, spécialisé dans la fabrication et le conditionnement de produits semi-solides et liquides pour le marché pharmaceutique, cosmétique et nutraceutique. Forte de 30 ans d'expérience, l'entreprise possède une très solide clientèle. ImportFab est accréditée par Santé Canada et la FDA.
La société Labomar, dont le siège est en Italie, est un partenaire ayant plus de vingt ans d'expérience et offrant à ses clients des solutions efficaces, de qualité et de première ligne dans le domaine des compléments alimentaires, des dispositifs médicaux, des cosmétiques, ainsi que des aliments destinés à des fins médicales spécialisés. L'équipe d'Oaklins au Canada a conseillé le vendeur, a contacté plus de 100 acheteurs potentiels par l'intermédiaire de ses équipes internationales, et a négocié les conditions de la transaction. L'équipe d'Oaklins en Italie a présenté Labomar et l'a assisté tout au long du processus.
