Navitec Systems Oy on siirtynyt Hawk Infinity AS:n omistukseen
Marraskuuta 2025 — Navitec Systems on siirtynyt Hawk Infinityn omistukseen. Tämän kumppanuuden myötä Navitec Systems saa käyttöönsä lisää resursseja ja kasvumahdollisuuksia osana suurempaa organisaatiota.
Vuonna 1998 perustettu Navitec Systems tuottaa alansa johtavia navigointi- ja laivastonhallintaohjelmistoja AGV- ja AMR-ajoneuvoille. Yhtiö tuotti alkujaan ohjelmistoratkaisuja kaivosteollisuuden raskaan kaluston navigointijärjestelmiin ja on sittemmin vakiinnuttanut asemansa AGV- ja AMR-markkinoilla.
Hawk Infinity on norjalainen ohjelmistoyhtiöihin erikoistunut sijoitusyhtiö. Yhtiö ostaa kannattavia pohjoiseurooppalaisia ohjelmistoyrityksiä, joilla on vahva markkina-asema omilla erikoisalueillaan. Hawk Infinity tekee yhteistyötä portfolioyhtiöidensä johtoryhmien kanssa tukeakseen kestävää ja pitkäjänteistä kasvua.
Roolimme transaktiossa
Oaklinsin Suomen tiimi neuvoi Navitecin osakkeenomistajia yhtiön koko osakekannan myynnissä Hawk Infinitylle. Oaklinsin Norjan tiimi esitteli ostajan ja teki tiivistä yhteistyötä Suomen tiimin kanssa varmistaakseen transaktion onnistuneen toteutuksen.
