September 2020 — LeadDesk Oyj har stärkt sin position inom företagskundsegmentet genom förvärvet av Capricode Systems Oy.
LeadDesk är ett snabbt växande och internationaliserande mjukvaruföretag som verkar på den molnbaserade mjukvarumarknaden i Europa. Företaget erbjuder LeadDesk molntjänst för högvolymförsäljning och kundservice och har vuxit till att bli en ledande leverantör av molntjänster i Norden. LeadDesks aktier handlas på Nasdaq First North Finland-marknaden. Företaget har kontor i sju europeiska länder och dess tjänster används av över 1 000 kunder i 34 länder.
Capricode Systems, med huvudkontor i Oulu, Finland, levererar skräddarsydda samtals- och meddelandeteknologilösningar för krävande behov. Företaget har över 20 års erfarenhet inom branschen och en imponerande kundportfölj, främst inom hälsovård, energi, logistik och fastighetstjänster.
