The newly formed partnership will provide growth capital for geographic expansion, increasing Prestige’s range of services and potential future acquisitions. The investment in Prestige is in line with Yorkway’s mandate to invest in leading Australian mid-market companies with strong management teams, backed by significant growth tail winds, as is the case in the aged care industry.

Established in 2005, Prestige Inhome Care is the leading in-home aged and NDIS care provider in Australia with over 1,800 clients, serviced by a team of more than 1,000 registered nurses and professional carers. Prestige provides first-class, premium care to its clientele across Victoria, NSW and Queensland, allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own home.
