August 2026 — Sigma Group has secured a refinancing package from Arbuthnot Latham to support future growth. The new committed debt facilities were structured as a combination of cash flow and asset-based lending facilities secured against receivables. This refinancing also enabled Sigma Group to optimize its capital structure.
Sigma Group is one of the UK’s largest commercial fit-out and building services contractors. The group is owned by Three Hills, a major European asset manager with over US$3.7 billion in assets under management. Sigma Group provides end-to-end retail transformation, energy optimization and goods not for resale (GNFR) services for top-tier retailers, delivering agile, expert-led solutions that optimize store performance and help clients achieve their sustainability goals. It operates in the supermarket and retail sectors, providing services to leading brands including ASDA, Boots and Marks & Spencer, as well as other major high street retailers such as Primark and Foot Locker.
