David Ramsay

Senior Associate

David is a senior associate in the debt and capital advisory team at Oaklins S&W, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His role includes producing market research, preparing pitch documents and sales materials, undertaking financial modeling and analysis, and working alongside clients throughout the transaction process.

Prior to joining the Oaklins team, David qualified as a chartered accountant in 2024 at Blick Rothenberg, where he predominantly audited FCA regulated mid-market private equity firms and hedge funds. He graduated from Durham University with a first-class honors degree in geography.
