Oktober 2019 — LeadDesk Oyj har sålt Leadventure Oy till Juuri Partners och Leadventures ledningsgrupp.
Leadventure är specialiserat på riktad försäljningskontakt och erbjuder sina kunder datatjänster för målgrupper inom företag, beslutsfattare och konsumenter under varumärket LeadCloud. LeadCloud förser kunderna med leads av högre kvalitet, vilket förbättrar träffsäkerheten i direktmarknadsföring genom att med hjälp av maskininlärning eliminera dåliga leads. Företagets erbjudande omfattar B2B- och B2C-direktmarknadsföringskontakter från ledande nationella databaser i Finland.
Juuri Partners är ett finländskt private equity-bolag som erbjuder finansiering till etablerade och lönsamma små och medelstora företag i Finland. Juuri Partners erbjuder tillväxtinriktade företag ett nytt koncept för finansiering och affärsutveckling, som kombinerar aktivt minoritetsägande, lånefinansiering och strategiskt affärsstöd. Bolaget förvaltar Juuri Fund I LP, med ett kapital på cirka 90 miljoner USD.
LeadDesk Oyj tillhandahåller molnbaserade lösningar för högvolymsförsäljning och kundservice. Bolagets erbjudande omfattar LeadDesk kontaktcenterlösning i molnet som en självbetjänad mjukvaruplattform (SaaS) samt LeadCloud-tjänster för högkvalitativa leads och förbättrad träffsäkerhet inom direktmarknadsföring.
